Yearbook Ladders and Planning for D-Day
Saturday, December 27th, 2008It`s getting close to time to send off your yearbooks for printing and your yearbook ladder should be quite helpful in planning for the big day. It can be stressful this time of year, with everything else you have to think of, but if you`ve done your job earlier in the season, it will be a lot easier in the next couple of months.
Now is the time to work out a careful plan for the next semester. Make sure that your students know when their deadlines are and remind them in plenty of time so they can work out their own schedules.
While your yearbook ladder is a good way to keep on track, you`ll still need a more detailed plan for what will be done when. That might require using a calendar, but at the very least, you should set mini-deadlines, times when certain projects or pages of the yearbook need to be completed.
Yearbook planning is very important if you want to enjoy the rest of the school year without stressing about deadlines too much. Plan ahead and you`ll be fine.
