Make Goals Early in the Year

You will run into challenges and hurdles through the year as you put together all the pieces of your yearbook puzzle. This is why it is important to put together a clear outline of deadlines for yourself on when you want to accomplish certain tasks. Give yourself slightly earlier deadlines so that you can make any changes that might be needed when that time comes around.

Scheduling yourself and the team keeps things moving along smoothly and on time. Setting goals for yourself will be equally as important. By trying to target a certain amount of photos and sections you would like to have included in your yearbook will be important so that you make a top notch product. Set a goal for yourself also for how much money you would like to raise for you year book. Put together a plan of which fundraisers you will perform in order to achieve the funds you need to make your book. This will help you gauge in advance how much money you can generate for your year book. When you outline things and set goals you have something to reach for. This important not just year books but in life as well.
