Yearbook Printers: How Many Pages?

October 30th, 2008

The number of pages included in your yearbook depends on a variety of factory. When talking to your yearbook printer, make sure you get a quote on the number of pages you want to use, but also find out how much it would cost to add more, in case you need them.

Things to ask yourself include:

How many pages do you need for class photos?
This will depend on the size of the school and how many classes there are per grade, of course.

Will you include pages for signatures at the end of the yearbook? Talk to the yearbook printer about leaving some blank pages at the end of the book for students to write notes on.

What`s your budget for the yearbook? This will affect whether or not you add in extra fun pages or not. If you have lots of room to move, you can spread the photos out a bit more, as well.

Your yearbook printer will be able to give you an estimate of how many pages will be needed in order to get the best deal. It`s sometimes worth going for an extra dozen just to get a lower per-page price, so be sure to check for this.
